1. Design Your Building Plan​​

Timber Mart has the local expertise you need to build your custom home or cottage. We can help you design the building plan; choose, purchase, and deliver materials; and ensure your home or cottage plan meets all local building codes.

•  Browse our pre-designed Timber Mart Home and Cottage Plans to get an idea of what you want
•  Take that idea to our design team at Norquay Home Design and get a customized building plan
•  Your custom building plan will include, exterior elevations, floor plans, foundation plans, building cross sections and construction details
•  Custom plans are BCIN Certified and building-permit ready, meeting local building codes and regulations

2. Custom Material Estimate​

Now that you have your building plan, let our experienced, dependable sales team prepare a full material takeoff for you. We do estimates free of charge and with accuracy using state-of-the-art software.

•  We can also work with your pre-designed architectural plan
•  Take your building plan to our specialized sales team to receive a free custom material list
•  Our material lists include locally manufactured Roof Truss and Engineered Floor System packages from our team at Norquay Trusses
•  Estimates available for any size project

3. Sales and Incentives

There are many details to take into consideration when building a custom home or cottage. What type of siding is best for Northern Ontario weather? What kind of flooring is best for your lifestyle?
